Cornell Visit

This Wednesday I drove up to Cornell with a friend, Mr. Snow. We spent the Jewish holiday of Simchat Torah here. Our trip here has been very enjoyable, and after spending a good three days here, we’ve noticed some major differences than life at Queens. Cornell is about fifteen times as big as Queens College; each of it’s major quads are bigger than the quad at Queens. There are also many fraternities up at Cornell, something you don’t see in Queens. My friend and I stayed at the Center for Jewish Living, which was great fun. We met lots of nice people and friends of all different Jewish backgrounds, such as “Yale-University”, Harri, Sp*inkles, and many other interesting characters. Lots of characters up here.

In any case, I am curious to see what it’s going to be like to go from a big university such as Cornell and return to Queens college.
