Registration. It’s the hot topic that everyone’s been talking about for a while now. What professors to take? What classes to look into? What schedule to build? These questions have been driving a lot of people insane. When I first started to settle in at Queens as a first semester freshman, I figured I would sort of figure things out by the end and know exactly what I’m doing. But it kind of looks like nobody ever knows exactly what they’re doing. Registration is a messy and confusing process. Luckily, I know that I want to major in psych–and, having declared my major just the other day (:-o), I am allowed preregistration. Still, there is a considerable amount of time and thought that is going and will continue to go into this process.
I am also just as curious as anyone else about this new Cuny First system. You see, I’m kind of a fan of e-sims, and not so much a fan of change. And I’d be more easygoing if the registration process would be the same I’m used to from before. Hopefully things will clear up soon and everything will run smoothly. I just can’t believe it’s already time to register for next semester!
