man behind the counter: It is not necessary to see her.

me: I know, but I always ask to speak to her and no one ever lets me.

man: It is not necessary to see her.

SO FRUSTRATING! Nothing against the gentleman behind the counter, but WHY IS IT SO HARD TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE.

I even asked to speak to Cliff, an awesome financial aid counselor who helped me with my paperwork in the past, but he has been promoted.

This sucks.
