Yep, it’s the beginning of spring break. We’ve all been waiting for this day to come, right?

Once thing I love about our QC campus is that the changing of seasons is obvious everywhere. If you live in an urban area like I do, you don’t get to see too many flowers blooming under the warmth of the spring sun. For that very reason, the campus looks even prettier.

As shown in the above picture, even when there is snow on the ground, the trees are just dying to bloom their pretty flowers. If a pretty pink tree growing from a ground covered in snow isn’t an indication of spring, I don’t know what is.

I kind of appreciate all the pretty spring plants and trees on campus. You can tell that the people that landscape the campus worked hard to make it a pleasant environment to be in.

I personally can not wait until spring is here in full force. I’m not talking about beautiful 75 degree weather for only one day and then chilly days the rest of the week. I’m talking about consistently warm weather. Not super hot, but not too cool either. The perfect spring weather.

Well, I am off to enjoy this long, lovely spring break.
