Spring Break:

4/24/11- After all the rain yesterday the weather is looking amazing today. I had to go out for a while to feel the spring weather and run some errands. Sadly, most of the stores were closed due to Easter. It also started to rain late afternoon. My friend was going crazy for some soup dumplings so we headed to Joe Shanghai to get some and window shop. We stopped off at a cafe to have those dumplings. On weekdays there is a $1 dollar special on the dumplings and I’m sure that we will come back.

4/23/11-I got home at 5:30am and fell asleep. Yesterday I went to a Japanese restaurant in Astor place with a couple of friends. I didn’t like the food too well. Then I met up with another friend around 3:30 and hung out for a while. I slept until 4pm and after I ate my late lunch and went back to sleep.

4/22/11- Worked and got out early since it was Good Friday, Easter weekend, and Earth day. I got out at 4:30pm and I usually get out 5:30pm.

4/21/11- I went to the bank to transfer money and had Thai food with my brother. I have work at 2pm. Now that the tax season is over, Ashley, the secretary has more time to apply for school and wonder about. I still have the same workload. Lucky her! She wants to advance her associate degree so we usually talk about what’s the next step to take.

4/20/11- My brother and I went to the mall to eat and then went to DSW to look around for shoes. I got a $5 discount so I thought it will be good to use it. I realized my brother’s feet had gotten so big that he can fit my shoes. I’m size 8.5 and he is only 13! I was planning to go out on a long bike ride after we got home but my friend called me to apply for a position at Hollister for their finance and accounting department. I went with my friend, Aaron, to 5th Ave to apply. It sounded like something I can do so I hope I get the job.

4/19/11- My brother woke up at 1:30ish so I had to get food for us for lunch. He complained and asked me why I didn’t get any sauce with his Halal lunch. He said it’s a must have! I then went to the gym to work out and applied for a few jobs when I came back home.

4/18/11- There were lots of competition at the job fair with about 300 people on line for the fair. My friends and I who applied for positions at the job fair then went to K town to eat. Then we went to play tennis at QC. After tennis I went out to eat with brother and friends at Sik Gaek on Northern Blvd. It was expensive but delicious.
