Osama Bin Laden Got Away Easy

Osama Bin Laden was killed in an operation led by American forces in Pakistan, early Sunday, May 1, 2011. He was shot in the head, and you guess it right, died as a result.

But I believe he got away very easy, given how notorious he was. I think some people should NOT be killed. There are a few people in my list of people who deserve a very slow and painful death. Osama was one of them. For all the pain and sufferings that he caused not just to Americans, but almost everybody on the face of planet, he did not really get what he deserved.

It was very merciful of the American forces to just shoot him and kill him. But even that is suffice, at least we know he is no longer around. I hope that junior, amateur terrorist learn a lesson from his death. I hope they all learn that terrorism is a dead-end road. You can’t get anywhere, by killing innocent people.

I hope his death is going to be start of a new era in our country, and around the world. I hope this is going to be the ending point for all terrorist organizations. But we know it is not, as President Obama stated too. Regardless, Osama’s death is a turning point in the American history, and I, as an American Muslim am very happy and proud of that. I am more grateful to President Obama to once again differentiate Osama Bin Laden from Muslim leaders, and pointing out that there is a difference between those who claim to be representing the Muslim population, but in reality are nothing close to a Muslim.

In conclusion, Osama’s death was a great news for me, as it was for millions of  Americans.
