When I pass people off to their proper community board representatives I’m often met with the attitude that I’m “too dumb” to handle their issue myself. Not true. It is what I am instructed to do. The attitudes that I am given on a daily basis are so trying. Another thing I love is getting yelled at if the caller has to leave a voicemail. I understand your frustration, but if they aren’t in the office, I can’t make them magically appear for you. Sorry!
