Would you come to Japan if someone offered you a free plane ticket? All you’d have to do is pay for your own accommodations and food…and also blog about your time in Japan! That seems so much better than what I have right now. But who knows maybe I can come back next year with that free ticket?

It seems tourism is down in Japan and so the tourist groups want to promote tourism in Japan, so what do they do? They are preparing to offer 10,000 FREE FLIGHTS to JAPAN! The only catch is that you’d have to pay for your own accommodations, food and also blog about your time in Japan. It isn’t so bad for a vacation to Japan.
Why?
They are trying to set this up since tourism in japan has been at an all-time low. The cause if the strong Yen, as well as the tsunami disaster earlier this year.
When?
They are trying to get passed certain legal requirements that will allow them to bring 10,000 people overseas to Japan free. And when they do there should be a contest out as early as next April.
How?
Seems like once the contest is out all you’d have to do is send in your information and a statement stating what you want to do/accomplish if you get the opportunity to go.
