The weather has been having its ups and downs this week, and I felt I was going through the same as well. I’ve managed to maintain a relatively good standing this semester, but there is SO much work I have neglected that I am honestly worried how I can pick the pace at this point… I’ve never felt like I’ve been this behind ever. I’m usually on top of my game or at least with minimal paper work left.

I’m finalizing my decision on whether or not I should try for the BFA program. It will only take an extra semester to finish up, and I’m in no rush to graduate. I feel like hanging out with people older than me in the studio has reconfirmed my belief that it’s okay to attain my degree at a slower pace. I have to remind myself that these people work twice as hard as me, because they have jobs of their own.

Elections are next week for the Ceramics Club, and I’m quite nervous… There is no speech is required, and I’m already thrown in as a nominee for club president. I lack most, if not all, the skills to be president… I’m really no good at networking and interacting with people outside my circle, but I’ll take this as learning experience.
